Vip2 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

You must be at least 18 years old to use vip2's services. Participation in betting or gambling by minors is prohibited by law, and vip2 makes no exceptions to this policy.

We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Failure to verify your age will result in immediate account suspension.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Vip2 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.

Withdrawing your winnings from vip2 is straightforward and transparent. There are a few conditions to meet before you can withdraw, as detailed below.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can make a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
• vip2 may request additional documents for verification purposes, which must be submitted within 48 hours.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members making their first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x and are specified individually for each offer.
• Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering. A list of restricted games is provided with each offer.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is not allowed. If detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Special bonuses are available through voucher codes. Each code can only be used once.

There are a few general rules to follow when betting on vip2. These apply to all Sports markets and casino games.

Sports Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a cash-out option is available, it must be used within the specified time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the odds will be recalculated if one event is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vip2 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting may change based on real-time match conditions. Odds on accepted bets will not be affected.
• Any bet placed on an event linked to match-fixing or corruption will be voided and the account suspended.

Casino Game Rules:

• All casino games are powered by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Results are entirely random and impartial.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. Hands may be voided in the event of a technical issue.
• If a software bug or technical error results in an abnormal win, vip2 reserves the right to void and correct the payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip2 platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of account balance.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting intended to fulfill bonus requirements (bonus abusing).
• Using vip2 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Threatening or harassing vip2 staff in any form.
• Placing bets or making deposits using funds belonging to a third party.

Vip2 treats the protection of your personal data as a top priority. The information we collect is used solely for service improvement, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, all pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.

Vip2 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.
